In this episode, I take you on a solo trip of my week in review. While my wife is in Guatemala living her best life, I’m dealing with major dysfunction in our world we call supply and demand. If you’ve ever gone into a store and witnessed unpleasant customer interaction then you’re  not alone. It seems to me that more and more people in the service sector care less about courtesy and professionalism and more about social capital.
